Based on the level of enthusiasm and workout effort at last night's opening meeting, I am convinced that season five of ROCC RFG is going to be an especially memorable and fun-filled experience. Over 80 walkers / runners have committed to "Moving Forward" with perseverance and purpose for the next 12 weeks (and beyond), and on Monday evening, Feb. 22nd, we took our first steps.
Below are the introductory slides from week one. There are comments on what RFG is (and is not), what to expect, what your workout should include this week, and a few administrative tasks to get us going. If you missed last night, or any night, it will be important to review the information and stay up to date on training plans and tips.
