If you missed Monday's RFG session, no worries. Below are the slides that we used for our study time, and you have the workout requirements in your book. Everyone needs to get 3 - 30 minute training sessions into week 1. Additionally, any cross-training that you can do; walking, biking, swimming, group exercise, etc., will greatly benefit you on the way to your first, or next, 5k.
