I have not yet been able to schedule this one into the calendar, but this year I do plan on running. If you have continued your workouts since our study closed, you will be in great shape for your next PR come mid-July. If you have fallen off a bit, no worries. You have over 8 weeks to start back into regular runs and still be in great shape as well. Either way, this looks like it will be a really fun race and exciting atmosphere.
